All except Iron Fist. Worst, whiney character there was.
The frustrating thing about Iron Fist is that while the main character mails in his performance meekly, especially in the fight scenes (yes I’m aware of the extenuating circumstances), Tom Pelphrey delivers some of the absolute best acting in the entire MCU as Ward Meachum. Like Iron Fist isn’t a great series, and it’s hard to recommend, but goddamn Tom’s performance is so good it’s worth watching just for the moments he’s on screen. Thankfully the show’s quality increases enormously in the second season, including Finn’s performance marginally, but even that is really only enough to bring it up to middling amongst the rest of the Marvel Netflix bounty, in my opinion.
Still prefer it vastly to Punisher, though.
I think it was the unending naïveté even more than the whining that made me dislike the show. Like, dude, you literally had to go through that whole

by the, what, second or third episode? He shouldn’t have been getting hoodwinked and been passive about it for so long afterwards.
This is big! Reading between the lines, it seems that at the very least:
-
Marvel/Disney is actively planning ways to use the Defenders characters in the MCU in the future
-
The primary barrier to using Defenders characters will be budget constraints and actor availability
It would be interesting to see if The Defenders comes back, any of the existing shows get spiritual successors, or if movies with these characters come out in the future. It’d be pretty cool if we end up seeing, for example, the Defenders version of Danny Rand team up with Shang Chi in the sequel that most definitely is going to happen (per pinkie promises)
