More people you have in Congress the higher chance their view will reflect America causing less grid lock on issues 60-70% believe in. It’s not like they wouldn’t be in the same party. Also you are more likely to replace bad actors since you will be more engaged and any lone wolf wouldn’t matter as much

No more representation the better. It is easier to vote someone out and be more engaged when there is a representative for every 250k to 500k people. I don’t agree one person should be able to gridlock congress though. Key thing is there is laws in the books to unlock more there would have to be a changing of a law to reduce then less people for billionaires to buy off

But then the issue is states like delaware with almost double Wyoming population would still be unequal since they would still get 1 representative but would be more fair for California. Congress shouldn’t have a capped number. Every population of Wyoming size should have one representative in Congress this would give California 68

What is this double standard there is one standard and it should be applied. Turns out only one side is doing illegal shit in the presidency. Only one side broke laws. The laws should apply. Trump could serve his presidency from a jail cell but make sure the law is applied. Execution is a one of the penalties that could apply to Treason. Treason is defined in the U.S. Constitution as levying war against the U.S. or giving aid and comfort to its enemies. If the facts are true that Trump gave informants info to Russia i think we have a strong case. I don’t believe in execution but what is the point of swearing to protect the constitution if you won’t do it.

For election interference Trump should be in jail for 5 years. For the insurrection 10 years. And can’t hold any office For advocating to overthrow the government 20 years.

Trump did this and many other things. He hasn’t seen a jail cell. This isn’t prosecuting political enemy it is upholding the constitution and law. A president can govern from jail in the USA. I would argue insurrection disqualified him. Not that I want it but let JD Vance in but not him

The swing states that decided it had record breaking turn outs except Pennsylvania where it was just shy. She lost last i check on Friday by just over 250k votes in 4 states. Around 250k votes flipped causing her to lose. No 3rd party votes for green party would have flipped this election last I checked

Issue is a 3 party system is only going to give us a far right wing party, a right wing party and a centrist party that has to vote for right wing party or the far right wing party will win. A 3rd party won’t help. Election reform has to happen first. The only thing we can hope for is a progressive movement inside the democratic party. That sweeps then getting election reform. Then we can get ranked choice or whatever system .

Eessentially Democrats last i checked and calculated on Friday lost 4 swing states that would change the outcome by around 250k votes.

The problem as I see it and right now we need to wait for more information is they went to the right and thought they could pick up Republicans there is a report that says all the registered Republicans voted republican (don’t know accuracy) except 6% in 2020 and 5%2024. So they picked up no one when they should have went full leftists revolutionary change. They didn’t when despite having the most amount of money so they don’t even need to court the gazillionaires if they are just going to lose.

I imagine a lot of people were supporting people in power currently or thinking the people they were electing were more qualified and were trying. In every swing state except PA. There was record breaking ballots cast. In PA it was close to the record. She lost the election because bad policies not people not showing up. People changed their mind in the 6 swings states. Idk why or what for but this election wasn’t lost because of 10 million people not voting it was lost by my calculations 275,092 votes in 4 states.

I’ll wait until the count is over to check if she earned more votes in the 6 swing states than biden in 2020. But lots more votes to count again like 10 million yet to be counted almost all in states that are pretty much decided so they didn’t make a difference anyway

Men are getting some hate when every other group in the country gets more hate by the majority and then men lash out when they do the majority of the crimes. They have held all the power by majority for all of known history. So they lash out.
