I used to condone this, but people are stupid and can drive on the flat tire until it explodes, potentially putting other peoples lives at risk.

Not worth it for some petty revenge.

Can take hours to fully deflate, they could be on the Highway home by the time they go flat enough to be noticeable.

Maybe I’ve had someone have this happen to them and the tire exploded and hurt an innocent bystander. It’s a large world.

The possibility is there if you think for more than a few seconds on the possible consequences of something.

I guess you could leave a sticky note on driver’s window that says something like “oopsie woopsie I noticed your tires are deflated, this car is unsafe to drive :(”. Also you could just unscrew the valve core to make sure tires deflate quickly.

No no no, gotta be worse than that. Leave a note apologizing for the damage. There is no damage. They’ll be looking for hours

I like it. A note that says, “I thought I could squeeze in but there wasn’t enough room. Sorry about the damage.” Might make them reconsider doing this again.

I had a student do that. Just a post-it note that said “Sorry for the damage :(“. It was a kid that I wouldn’t have expected to play a prank like that, too: very quiet and reserved.

If you have comprehensive coverage, this will be covered. If the damage is of less value than your deductible, you won’t receive any money.

I’ve been told if you do all four insurance might be more apt to cover it, best to do one to three of them that way it might not be covered

Direct action person right here… love it.

These people seem to forget the classic FAFO maxim, looks like they need to be reminded.

Better yet, with a valve core removal tool, you can flatten them all in seconds and make it harder to fix.
