I dunno, I kinda think both the heavy rail and the light rail projects look really good. I think they’d feed into each other so doing both of them will be way better than the sum of doing each of them individually.
All the NIMBYs whinging about how it would create traffic…it’s a fast-growing area anyway. You need the densification to support that population, and if you don’t have a tram line, that’s going to be thousands of new cars on the road. Having the light rail is the only way to avoid traffic becoming worse.
