    The title sounds happy but if you’re chinese, that’s a call of desperation due to social norm.

    No home no car = no marriage. Idk if you want that.

    The article also pointed to France, but also stated they chose not to own a house and prefer renting. Mainland Chinese(or Asian in particular) need to do it due to social expectation. Using the materialistic culture to proof your communism point is…ironic.

      This makes me think about the high quality government housing in Vienna.And that 62 percent of Vienna’s citizens live in it. It’s so sick looking and I’m so jealous.

    They don’t own it. They leased it for 99 years from the country. A lease that can be revoked
