There is so much going on in this picture, and nobody looks comfortable. Musk looks like he’s struggling to keep the kid next to him. The guy with the earbuds behind him seems alarmed for some reason. Everyone else looks bored at best.

It is normal for kids to be an active part of a parents life. The suggestion that it needs normalizing is rather bizarre. What does that even mean? “People should’ve warned me about getting kids, what I didn’t realize was that being a parent involves a kid being an active part of my life, if only I knew I never would’ve wanted that”. Or “I was so ashamed to tell my friends that I spent time with my son. I was certain they thought it wasn’t normal, everyone looks down on it. Thank God Elon Musk normalized it now”.
