    I find it amazing that people, and mostly journalist, still think he’s confused by this when he’s clearly just being racist by trying to play Indian Americans against African Americans while feeding his base bigotry they’ve crave.

      Feeding his base absolutely. However to my mind it’s selling Asian and black Americans short to think they will take Trump’s comments and be upset with one another rather than with trump himself.

    To be fair, it must be a very difficult concept for him to comprehend. After all, he’s a pure-blood orange asshole.

    You have to explain a similar concept to him in terms he can understand.

    Donald, it’s similar to how you were born an American, but now you’re working for Russia.

      While you are correct in that there is no scientific methodology for identifying race, as long as people think and act like there is - and use the concept to oppress others - it’s less than helpful to deny people’s lived experience and say “this is all imaginary”
