2 years agoI found a most on another site where the user had the same seedbox service and removing this tracker fixed it: udp://open.stealth.si:80/announce
Hope this helps anyone else with a similar issue.

I use deluge on my seedbox and don’t use a VPN.
Remove this tracker from your list and see if they start. udp://open.stealth.si:80/announce
