Of those food items only the burger is unqualified bad. The tacos…well bread isn’t bad in and of itself, and a taco is just flour or corn bread. A fruit muffin doesn’t have to be bad – if it was a 1000 calorie whole foods muffin, sure, but otherwise just carbs and fruit. Eggs are high in protein and vitamins.
