    For me, rigid scheduling and body doubling helps the most besides my medication. For studying, using the Pomodoro Method worked wonders and helped me chunk through the material. You’re just going to have to try lots of things to see what does and doesn’t work for you because it’s so different for everyone.

    It’s going to be very difficult but you can’t be the only one in your area going through the same thing. As TerminalEncounter mentioned, CBT should help a lot. You could also reach out to your therapist and ask if there’s a group or something for support.

    Last but not least, if there’s something you remember to do- go do it right away. You’ll forget or put it off.
