Jogging got me into eating regularly and destressor (I visualised as which is going to win - a 5k run or my mood/frustration).
if your anger wins, you finish the 5k in record time (next time go farther). Most of the time I just finish the run feeling less stressed and more able to tackle the issue with a clear mind without the mood.
Now I actually have legit reason to feel tired and friends/family look at me as an athlete for just doing 5k. There’s a lot of benefits but just make sure to go at your own pace/growth and not compare to others.
Yes and it’s barely started. It is exceptionally good, refreshing, and hype. It avoids a lot of cliches and shounen stumbling points (this cover character Desscara is one of my fave characters in recent years)and is incredibly clean and exact in it’s writing and panelling.
