I saw the original post about IMG_0416, and I searched around on YouTube to find a few videos myself. Incredible that there are millions of these and they mostly have under 10 views. This TV viewer is a nice way to present the videos, without ads or algorithms trying to entertain you.
Given your proximity to Kveik and other farmhouse strains, it would be cool to focus on the preservation of them. Kveik in particular is very easy to store and ship because it survives desiccation well. It would be very interesting to figure out which genes are responsible for desiccation hardiness, and put them into other strains.
