Good rebound win for the Nuggets without Gordon. Think the season series is 2-2 now which is pretty good considering how good OKC has been this year.
Meant more was it the AST amount or the Reb, etc. that had them beating out other duos that were close to these stats
The fact it was in their first 10 is pretty cool, wonder what the cutoff versus other duos was tho
Weather is nicer out west as other have said so they have an easier time with free agents.
Not as true recently but west owners were much better for a while too but that might just be by chance.
Other people says it goes in waves but it’s been pretty solidly west the last 25-ish years and the league has matured enough from the old days I don’t think it’ll have a major shift anytime soon.
Mavs Timeline
I just feel bad for Mavs fans at this point, to go from the finals last year to this last month is a gut punch.
Apologies for the B/R link it’s the only one I can find.
It’s wild that they literally were triple teaming Jokic off ball in a regular season game. Goes to show how dominant he is that he still had a triple double.
Hope this isn’t a bosh situation. Think Ingram has a blood clot situation a few years ago and it hasn’t been a lasting issue so hopefully 🤞 the same for Wemby.
According to the agent an assistant who has a prescription offered one.
The assistant thought it was okay because up until this season it was allowed in the league.
Bobby misheard what the medication was and though it was Toradal which is still allowed and he has been taking for inflammation.
Maybe it’s BS but between the names being similar, the recent change in what’s allowed, etc. it seems like it’s believable.
RIP bucks season unless they’re able to appeal it and have him back for playoffs. Nevermind forgot there’s still 29 games left, still going to hurt since their front court is pretty thin so going to be hard to climb the standings.
Seems like the agents story is believable so maybe the appeal will work too
A federal judge is just going to be a slight speed bump if they want to push things hard enough.
Even if a federal judge rules against Trump he can appeal it all the way to the Supreme Court and we’ve already seen they’re willing to throw out both prior rulings (Roe v Wade) and just allow baseless shit (Student Loan rejection).
Then another point is going to be even if the Supreme Court feels they’re pushing their luck and strike something down at a certain point who’s going to enforce the courts ruling? Rulings don’t matter much if they can’t be enforced…
This will go for a couple other players like Bruce brown but the Boston Celtics, Denver Nuggets, Milwaukee Bucks, Minnesota Timberwolves, New York Knicks, Phoenix Suns and Los Angeles Lakers can’t sign any player who was making more than the nontaxpayer midlevel exception before being waived due to being over the 1st apron.
Shai should have it covered for the most part since it’s shorter games and Giannis and Jokic will be the other ball handlers so think they’re fine.
Love the old heads vs internationals vs young guys teams think it’ll give each team a chip. Sounds like Wemby is taking it serious so I think they take it.
Don’t think so just got cash to take/waive wiseman.
If that’s true hats off to Pelinka, to have a trade as good as that offered to you and you still manage to talk the Mavs down lol
Hornets got more draft compensation for MARK WILLIAMS then the Mavs did for Luka lmao
Just as the announcer were saying you can’t foul… bucks threw this one away
