Our laws around sex work need serious overhaul. The current quasi-legal system just doesn’t work and necessitates unnecessary risk to workers, and the fact that some aspects of sex work aren’t legal discourages an open and trusting relationship between sex workers and police.
New Zealand has a decent framework of sex work laws. That is what we should be emulating IMO.

Incorrect. There have been humans born with an extra come in their eyes due to a mutation, and those people could see extra colours. There are people who get damaged lenses on their eyes that let them see a bit of ultraviolet.

The insecure parts of Linux is mostly on the DE side opposed to the core OS part that servers use. We absolutely will see more vulnerabilities in the future as Linux grows.

Things that see stuff in the (to us) non-visible spectrum don’t see it in the visible light spectrum.
An insect that sees ultraviolet light doesn’t see it how we see it when we apply a camera filter to view it. That’s just the camera shifting it to our visible light spectrum, because we can’t see ultraviolet.
A screen showing an image in ultraviolet light would not be usable to us.
The viewscreen Picard was looking at wasn’t magically adding cones to his eyes and allowing him to see a wider range of the light spectrum. It was showing a representation in the visible light spectrum of what the visor can detect.

Unless you were a PC gamer who also didn’t care about $/perf, Zen1 was the better architecture.
Zen1 was slower in gaming and most 1-2 core workloads, but it was immediately far faster in server, faster in highly-threaded tasks, was hugely cheaper to manufacture, didn’t have the huge security flaws Intel chips had, and was way more power efficient.
They achieved that while still being on an inferior Global Foundries manufacturing process.
Zen1 was overall better than Coffee Lake. Just not to PC gamers, the loudest online PC hardware demographic.
And Intel. Intel has been using TSMC fabs for a while.
They used to get a 40% discount, too, but that stopped recently when Pat Gelsinger said people should stop buying from TSMC because there’s a good chance they’ll be invaded.
TSMC’s CEO didn’t like that, and said “ok, no more 40% discount for you. Effective immediately.” (TL;DR’d, obviously).

To put it a different way: a person with advanced bionic legs that never tire, could run far faster than any natural human, and bend in ways that human legs can’t, would have superior legs. But there wouldn’t be anything wrong with their stance if they said “yeah but I just want normal human legs”.
This proposed law cannot be applied to disabled people anyway. Only people with a terminal illness and under 6 months left to live are eligible.
