What is important is the next steps. It is obvious that the left will not win unless we are unified. Go volunteer, use these next four years to try to create the Democratic party you want to see. Make them reliant on your help and use that to push the items you are passionate about. If you would like to make this country better, please use the next 4 years to organize with the Democrats. This election has shown that the left needs to be a unified front if we want to win. If you cannot make hard choices to ensure we even have change as a choice, that is up to you. I do not feel guilty for trying to keep mild forward progress intact, instead of being an observer and allowing the Trump train to run over people unimpeded.
