Pretty much, yeah. Being able to feel more emotional helped me gradually start to recognise and unpack how parts of my life have negatively impacted me, and it makes the big emotional events feel stronger now. But I think it’s more helpful than harmful to feel that way, and it also makes the nicer events feel much better too.
Does a flower growing betray the seed it once was? A boymoder blooming into a girlmoder is the same way.

Fwiw the hair will stop getting in the way while shaving when it gets longer and you can put it behind your ears. Probably just needs a few months. You’re just in the awkward period rn where the hair is long but not long enough to be usable for anything yet. Once you’re past it you won’t need to deal with it again.

In regards to touhou fashion absolutely, since I can’t buy these I’ve been thinking about how I could coord my own Alice and Marisa fits as a little consolation.

2·19 天前Definitely agreed, while I’m not too keen on the pockets myself, I do think they help a lot to cut the possible maid vibes which the outfit very easily could have had (and, depending on the touhou game, does. Like Embodiment of Scarlet Devil’s is just outright a maid dress.)

tbf you can wear a one-piece dress and have a top over it at least, I’m personally more bummed about the blouse half since it’s very much my style. I know that some one-piece dresses can work with a skirt on top to hide the bottom half, but lolita dresses tend to be too bulky for that.
As for Marisa as a character she’s great. In game she’s super fun, although kinda hard to play? Her gimmick is that she’s the fastest character in a game where going too fast can often be a problem since it can run you into bullets you’d have otherwise missed. But conversely she has a lower collection zone so she can power up and score slightly easier than everyone else. I find it really fun, that risk/reward style is great.
Don’t worry it took me an embarrassing amount of time to realise that JSK meant jumperskirt.

This would look very cute, I’d maybe add a corset or a ribbon to add a bit more visual flair around the waist to fit how detailed the top is but it’s plenty pretty as is.
Think I’m gonna wear my new dress to class sometime this week, I’ve got a whole simple gothy coord planned out for it too. I half want to get some eye makeup to try that for the first time with it too but I don’t have any or any time to go buy some before the day I’m gonna wear it.
