Why should farmers be exempt from inheritance tax? Inheritance tax is a move towards equality, to give that money to the government to equitably distribute rather than some lucky children being rich just because they had rich parents.

I have an organised Documents folder, Pictures folder, Videos folder etc synced between my devices with Syncthing. Downloads is just for temporary things I download from the web, but I never delete anything from there, so it just builds up. I keep a backup on an external 2TB SSD

Have you heard of ‘cancelling’? It seems a pretty similar concept. Either way, I’m not sure we should shun people for expressing their honest opinions, that will just make them hide their opinions. We should instead try to respectfully convince them otherwise.

Whether on or off planet, humans anywhere will experience suffering, likely to an extent that far outweighs the pleasure they experience. Therefore it’s unethical to create more humans if your goal is reduction of suffering.
