Like others have said you really can’t move, just make a new account
I’ve been on lemm.ee this whole time and I like it. I definitely recommend it if defederation is an issue for you since sunasaurus stance on defederation is it is the big red button and users should have the choice of making a blocklist (unless it’s stuff like illegal content thats defederated). You can even keep your username if it’s not taken on that instance and the beauty of the fediverse is you can move instances and create account as many times as you want
As for having a main instance. No such thing. This picture really helped me understand how federation works as the email anology people use didn’t really help me.
Anyways lemmy.world is just another instance, it just happens to the be the biggest. Lemmy.world ,.ee, .ml, whatever lemmy instance you can think of are completely independent. Think of them as separate websites if that helps. But due to the fediverse protocol they can all share content back and forth, it really is crazy when you think about it
But let me grab our welcome to lemm.ee to post if you wanna see if we’re a good fit for you, if not, happy instance hunting
Edit: Here’s the Welcome to lemm.ee post
I still see an image
I will definitely read this when I have braincells, thanks
Maybe it’s like helldivers where you beat the mission but failed to extract
But that’s making think, are mission fails “canon” or does the Tenno beat every mission from the enemies perspective? Can a Tenno die? Warframes are extremely powerful so a loss would be bad? Are these questions answered in parts of the story I haven’t gotten to, probably
I think we’re all guilty of that regardless of the subject
Parasyte had a very brief seen where migi tries to jack him off iirc
Isn’t there some Russian character or something that looks exactly like and a or o but is completely different to machines
I’m sure there’s more but that’s one example I vaguely remember that’s probably incorrect
Laughs in Sacrosanct
And if that doesn’t work you spam profaned sun and wonder why dungeons are empty
I’m glad I wasn’t the only one who thought that at first
I remember back in the Wii days when I was young we had a flat screen that would go to the digital pattern with no input. However sometimes once in a while it would get that static loud no signal so I think mine had both
I don’t really have a point here just wanted to share
Mozart and Beethoven been real quiet since this dropped
If you like deck builders cards and tankards has flatscreen and vr, I think they even released a mobile version for android
It’s also a very social game basically vr chat + hearthstone
Population is good, steam charts report low though because the vast majority of users are on quest
Also me and my family were gonna go to the sphere and turns out part of it is essentially a climate change lecture, and my family had the collective reaction of “ah yes, let’s discuss climate change in the orb that has enough power to remain easily visible in the direct desert sun”
So yeah that was interesting to hear
+1 for flibbage it’s just a fun game
Oh yeah 100%
There’s a reason the guy who whips out the terms of service to get a better deal is in charge of our families finances
Your comment reminded me of another thing he said regarding that matter
Think of the money your putting in as what your willing to pay for to have fun
When I turned 21 my dad (very rational guy) was helping me learn video blackjack, it was stuff like determining probability, risk reward, strategy (getting dealer to guarantee bust allowing us to play safely), just blackjack stuff
Some advice that will now stick with me if I ever go gambling again is, due to probability, losing any money you won and then some, is a matter of when. House will always win if you’re in it for the long game, so either quit while you ahead, quit once you’ve won $X, or quit once you’ve lost $Y. Always assume the third option will happen even if you’re playing smart
I think a question mark in parentheses would also do the trick
