Caught the Shannon/Narducy R.E.M. Fables tribute show last week, and continuing my deep dive into the genius of Mike Mills.

‘Biking with the crap parts removed’. Love my e-bikes for deleting hills and arriving at the office fresh. Lost 30lb doing a short commute to work somewhat regularly and the odd 20 mile rail trail ride on the weekend.

Here in DC bikes are allowed on the Metro and most busses have a rack. Love the Metro for getting into town to ride with my buddy.
