At lot of people at my work buy bulk packs of instant protein oatmeal and keep them at their desk or frozen breakfast sandwiches and keep them in the freezer to eat breakfast here
For the oatmeal or other shelf stable stuff you could keep them in your car too

I was always treated like shit in my adoptive family by both the adults and other children but realized today I’m doing the best out of the kids near my age so let’s fucking go
