Until the Democrats finally admit that there is not enough moderates in this country to maintain electoral power, and begin wooing the left in actually meaningful ways, will they have a chance at the regaining the power they had in the FDR era.

Just be the best person you can be, and espouse leftist ideas without fear. Those who can actually be persuaded will notice your actions more than your ideals.
