2·3 天前They all serve their purpose, all in different locations, and most of them never move. I can appreciate this would not be your choice, but it works for me. And thanks for shitting on me, it’s been great.
I mostly use my Pix8 phone, but I have a few computers. Primary is a Thinkpad T410, about 13 years old, Win 10. Another T410 that’s a media player for the TV, Win 7. A Thinkpad R52 on Win XP, music player, feeds a Sony amp & decent speakers. An Acer desktop, Win7, games, big screen. An old Chromebook just for watching TV & movie mp4s, at work. Two Dell lappy Win 11s, provided and controlled by the employer. Work only.
They just keep working, why change? I only bought one of these new.
Not all of these connect directly to the net.

I’m liking The Last Of Us this week. Might fit here, somewhat.
Let’s not forget, maybe, just maybe, this guy is absolutely innocent, was nowhere near the crime at the time, and had nothing to do with it.
And the cops, in their over zeal to catch someone, anyone, found a poor unlucky person who looks like the guy in the crime scene photos and handily fabricated the rest of the physical evidence. It certainly wouldn’t be the first time.
Seriously, a written statement admitting guilt? How likely is that? Anyway, this is what I think is happening. And I doubt the real truth will ever be known, sadly.

3·2 个月前Way too many actual WWII nazis. I think they are in every series, except DS9. But that one has its own version.
I found out that if you don’t like the new win11 notepad with the tabs and all the other bullshit, you can just uninstall it, and the other, older, familiar notepad that was still there all the time, will take over, file type associations and all. This even worked on my work computer, where I am not an admin.
I was quite pleased that I could do this.
