oh sorry i forgot to mention that my bad, nvidia 1030 card, 8gb of ram, windows 10, also my pc use to be an office pc from amazon but it got “refurbished” so its kind of outdated. also 64 bit and my pc tends to overheat with modern day games or games that use unreal engine 5 so i usally stick to old game sor 2d pixel games and i love long games/replayability such as the elder scrolls or terria or something but suggest whatever i dont really care but no horror.
Hey sup
Nessese, Core keeper and Dont Starve oxigen not included, rimworld, match your preferences.
Personal suggestions: hyper light drifter, risk of rain, enter the gungeon, nuclear throne and all the games from Supergiant are pretty good.
Thats not a bad little machine and I enjoy the office/1030 builds, keep your eye for a possible 2x16GB used/new RAM (memory) kit, without knowing your CPU I can’t know if its DDR3 or DDR4, but DDR4 is very cheap now. It will give your system a couple more years of being decent.
It’s hard to know which 1030 you have as NVIDIA released at least 3 very different cards under the name, but you will likely be downscaling some resolutions to 900p/720p, preferably just 3D resolution, if possible, leaving the UI 1080p.
As for recommendations;
Dishonored will be a great choice for Hitman style, methodic searching around for clues with save/reloads often. Should run well.
Left 4 Dead 2 & Portal 1&2 are must haves that will look good and run well, plus are very cheap.
Skyrim is another option, being 11 years old now, but still fantastic with never-ending mod support, not that you will be able to run too many mods. Will run okay
Bioshock and the sequals are another great choice with good performance on low-end hardware.
Stardew Valley will obviously run very well on your system, its a very good game for peaceful hours managing a farm story.
Disco Elysium, this is a well written point & click game, which I played on Intel integrated graphics.
FTL & Into The Breach are some good games that will run on anything, with turn based elements.
Borderlands 2 remains the best in the series and will have good performance.
Tomb Raider (2013) is a fantastic game that will also have great performance.
GTA V has a massive download, around 100GB, but as it is about 10 years old now and I first played it on the PS3, you’ll be able to play it with 1080/medium settings.
Sleeping Dogs is like GTA V in Hong Kong and will look & run well for you, I’ve played it at 1080p/High/60fps on integrated graphics.
Wolfenstein are awesome games and the first two will run on low-end hardware, but you can also get all 4 of them for a couple dollars more, saving the newer ones for later.
Shadow Warrior has a certain style of humour that is a bit cheesy and not for everyone, but this one was my favourite out of all three and should run well.
Hitman Absolution wasn’t to popular when it came out, but you’ll see by the recent reviews that it is remembered more fondly now. The graphics are nice for your GPU and it in between the filler levels there are a few good Hitman style open levels.
Resident Evil 2 is one I want to recomend, but you would need to play it on 720p low, I played it on an RX460-4GB and had good performance myself.
State of Decay is a great indie zombie community survival game.
Metro Saga will run well for the first two games, the third I would wait until you have better hardware.
The Talos Principle is a great puzzle game like Portal, with a sequel coming out soon.
The Evil Within is a horror game that I personally am a big fan of, it had developers from Resident Evil, but didn’t sell too well. You’ll get around 1080p/30fps.
Outlast is one of the best horror games I have played and should run well on lower end hardware, the whistleblower DLC was good as well, but I didn’t like Outlast 2 as much.
Transistor is a great isometric game with turn-based combat, it has a fantastic soundtrack and voice acting. This is best played with a controller.
Hades from the same developer won many Game of the Year awards and should run fine for you.
Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons is a very unique game from the developer of It Takes Two, it utilises a form of dual-control, you have to control both characters at the same time with a single gamepad controller.
Honestly I could keep going, but I really should stop myself there as I think I got a little carried away, but if anyone wants anymore suggestions just ask and I’ll keep going.

Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen is one I never got into, but is very popular.
MGS:V would have a been a great choice, with a great engine that performs very well, but it’s unfortunately not on sale.
Zombie Army Trilogy is a personal favourite, similar to Left 4 Dead, but not everyone’s cup of tea.
Dead Space is another that would have been good, but isn’t on sale due to the remake being available.
Darksiders 2 is alright, I didn’t get too into it, but it has a lot of fans.
Super Meat Boy is a must have indie, low-graphics and will run on anything, should be played with a controller connected to your PC.
X-COM 2 is a great turn-based game, for a great price and will run fine for you.
Alien Isolation is a good sci-fi horror with good game AI, the alien considers your previous decisions while hunting you.
The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series is the full series package of the choose your own adventure game within The Walking Dead Comic story.
Mass Effect Legendary Edition runs surprisingly well on your GPU.
State of Decay is a great indie zombie community survival game.
