This whole conflict is a bit more complex than that and stuff like this doesn’t help at all.
The main reason for those bombings is that they attack merchant ships. So the ships have to take a way longer route around Africa, that takes around two weaks longer. So the western world has two options.
Defend their merchant ships or in the case of USA attack the land bases from where those attacks were startet
Do nothing and just bow to some autotarian leader, signaling that they can do whatever they want
Would be swell if there was a third option that involved stopping the backing of the genocide that the Israelis are perpetrating which coincidentally is also what Ansar Allah’s demand is.

If the “western world” only has two options- what does that say about all the various countries held under (illegal) unilateral sanctions and blockades by the US?
