There’s also the much smaller ball of rock that deeply affects many aspects of life but doesn’t give you cancer, there is the air that permeates everything the vast majority of humans interact with (and we can only survive for minutes without), there is the ocean from which we came, get food, and travel on, and also just the planet itself or the earthy bits specifically, which are the literal foundation of all human existence (fuck seasteading).
