I find myself making this one every week since it’s so tasty and easy to make. The sauce is really versatile, so I often put it on other things too, like stir fries, rice, etc.

      If you never cooked tofu before, get a tofu press or make sure to press it long enough using pots/pans. It makes a world of difference.
