Hello all
So the exciting news was my laptop was due to be delivered last Wed by Fedex and I took the day WFH. It did not arrive and I was rung up on Thu by the courier, so I asked it to be delivered on Monday as I would be WFH.
On Monday I am contacted by Framework support to say the courier tried to deliver and there was no answer on the phone. We were both in, no card was left and there was no missed call so this is nonsense. I replied to the Framework support email, no response. I raised a separate Framework website support ticket with the order reference ( R509905897) and no response.
Any suggestions?

How long did you wait for the respone? They have a full support queue still waiting. Even if you get rejected you should get a response.
This sounds more like a problem for the carrier rather than framework. You should ask them again and tell them that your package didn’t get delivered. You should wait for their response (about 2 weeks should be appropriate).
By then you should have a response of framework and can decide your next steps. If FedEx declines you can threaten them with legal steps. You should keep that as the last step though.
Framework should be able to contact FedEx for you about it since you didn’t receive it. Honestly FedEx SUCKS so I’m not surprised
Be patient though, framework are currently LOADED with support requests because of the new release but they’re generally pretty good from my experience
Same here in Belgium they tried to deliver twice, probably on the wrong address, because i was home both times. Then they called me for one second. When i tried calling back, I got an bot constantly telling me to repeat my sentences. Eventually, I got in contact with them through customer service, but their translation skill aren’t that great. I asked them to deliver between 13:30 and 20:00 they replied with morning or noon…
This morning, they said they would deliver the laptop by 12 it’s now almost 16 a clock…
Honestly, that sounds more like a FedEx issue. I have had lots of issues with them here (UK). I would also remove your order number from your post just to be safe!
Sounds like FedEx issue had something similar with the replacement delivery. I emailed them that I pick up the package at their hub. If you live near a hub or other distribution center of theirs try to get it as self pickup.
