It’s my dads apple tv account but I’m at his trying to figure this out. I try to login online, I use his ID and I can’t remember his password, he doesn’t remember it either. I try a couple passes I know he uses, account gets locked.

I follow the unlock steps and have the email sent to him, he resets the password, I try the new login still says locked. Did the same thing again tried a different password, same thing no dice. Its an endless loop. Couldn’t find a solution even searching for “endless loop” online.

How do we get it unlocked?
