Snip two wires. Wire each end exactly the same. Different twist rates in twisted pairs is for crosstalk and attenuation abatement. Keep pinout the same and it should at least work…maybe not great, but work in general.

LTS is a rebranded Hikvision camera. I would try this pinout.

The important thing is that the end are wired identically. As another commenter said, put PoE on the red- black pair.

Run a Cat6 cable, not whatever this is.
