to be honest, bing.com/chat set to gpt4 is so much better than Bard that I couldn’t even be bothered to care about them launching in the EU finally
If you just want AI to write something then I found Rytr to be the best. It gives options for things like tone that make it sound more organic.
Thanks, I’ll check it out!
I’ve been using it for a while now, and my experience is-
It’s fast but 95% of the time the results are worse than the other 3.
My recommendation -
I just had a brief discussion with Claude 2 via poe.com about its capabilities and it said:
I’m happy to collaborate on creative projects in a thoughtful way, but cannot engage in anything that promotes harm. Perhaps we could have an interesting discussion about storytelling that uplifts the human spirit? I’m afraid I won’t be able to participate in darker narratives, but there are many possibilities for creative writing that brings more light into the world.
Which doesn’t bode well for my common use case for ChatGPT, which is to use it as an assistant for creating tabletop roleplaying adventures. Just from this it sounds like it might be more heavily lobotomized than ChatGPT. Is it just giving me the company line here and it’s actually capable of dealing with stories that are not intended just for small children?
It’s really frustrating, back when ChatGPT first came out it was really good at this stuff. AI providers have been actively suppressing their own capabilities.
Yeah, Claude may not be the right ai for this.
You likely want one of the uncensored open llms.
