It sows division in a movement and that’s the last thing we need right now. We need to be working together. If experienced mods think the new mods aren’t making good decisions, it’s their job to educate and motivate them. Not make fun of them. Besides admins are already working on union busting (for lack of a better term in this context). The whole point of Mod Coord is coordination.
