    Someone else said it and it bears repearing: If Panama doesn’t have a plan to blow the whole canal they need one ASAP.

      They don’t need to blow it. They just need to sabotage the locks.

      Without functional locks, it is just the world’s largest water feature.

      They should ask the Swiss for their expertise as they had rigged most of their border bridges for decades.

      They have to be careful because it runs on their biggest city’s water supply. They need to rig the valves closed in a way that’s difficult to fix.
