I might be showing my age here, but I vaguely remember and occasionally reference this joke that came about because of some study where Georgia State was perfectly situated for a Boise State-like rise circa 2013-ish and would win a natty in 2026, and it was memes into being a prophecy of sorts.

I can’t find anything but this one thread that also just references it in the title.
