• In the same way I oppose the cruel incarceration of millions of people in the US, many of them on political or manufactured pretenses (drugs for example), I oppose the incarceration of someone who is very likely to be falsely accused of a crime, regardless of if I think the crime should warrant incarceration or not.

    The question of whether execution is a valid response to social murder is a different discussion. It’s relevant to Luigi’s case, but it doesn’t hinge on him being found guilty or not.
