China here just violating countries territorial waters all over the globe. I don’t think they’ll care about international monitoring. They never have before, that I’m aware of.
Regardless, their government will express outrage.
Hopefully this was the same ship that cut the cable in the sea near Finland.
Finally some people that dare to fight back against the Chinese and their maritime violations.
