Get help with your depression, then it will get better
Oh yeah because everyone is so privilege to just go out and solve their problems with the slightest effort. Life is not so easy for everyone else just so you know. If your trying to be supportive you are doing a piss poor job of it. When people say shit like this to me it only makes me feel worse because it tells me I’m so far from okay and ever being understood it’s basically pointless to keep living
Life is especially hard for depressed people. That’s why they kill themselves often.
Believe me, I know. I took my antidepressants this morning.
I am not saying getting help is easy or whatever. That’s why most depressed people need to ask others to help them, to set up appointments or whatever. Of course it varies from person to person.
