i hate that they call it the ‘hush money’ trial. it wasn’t that, it was so much more.

it was about falsifying business records while interfering with an election. that last bit is the most important part: he interfered with the election.

he benefited immensely from that interference, he profited greatly as did his comrades and accomplices, he caused (and continues to, to this day and beyond) so much fucking damage to the country, and the planet as a result of that interference.

he needs to be in jail now for the maximum sentence on each count.

if you don’t throw him in prison now… he’ll never see the view from the inside through those tiny inch-wide windows; and the precedent will be set, and message delivered: break all the laws you want to get yourself elected–just don’t lose and you’ll get away with it all.

    Fucking cowards.

Just take the swing, man. Yes, you’ll get in trouble. HE’S COMING AFTER YOU ANYWAY. Make him explain why he doesn’t have to show up for his bond hearing. Put him in jail for 24 hours for contempt of court.

They know you’re afraid to do it, and everyone who’s afraid to do it gives them a little more power. Give him a probation officer and tell him he has to report in person every 30 days. Fine him 5 million dollars. Sentence him to a week in the can before he takes office. He’s not a sitting president yet.

Fucking do SOMETHING. Or what, are you okay with 3 million Mexicans being in his crosshairs, but all of a sudden if it’s you, you’ve got places to be that day and can’t make it? Why?
