I want a space that’s made just for posts from leftist tiktoks, or videos that fit the rough format and time length of these.
I might be willing to mod it and throw a video at it once a day or so. It’s not like this content will literally ever dry up.
Mainly I want to find more things to follow that might not necessarily be recommended to me by the algo but might be recommend to someone else by their algo and I think that necessarily needs a space that’s NOT tiktok to find that in.

You’re not kidding, half the comments on any recent video about Madeline Pendleton being 100% right about DNC astroturfing on TikTok is “But they deny the lived experience of Yeonmi Park when they say that the average Westerner’s beliefs about the DPRK are 90% based on CIA backed south Korean tabloids.”
Why not post those to videos?
There’s nothing wrong with doing that but a dedicated space prompts people for specific content types and is more likely to actually get people posting them simply by existing.
Consider for example that there’s nothing stopping people posting the content that used to belong in Dunk_Tank into ChapoTrapHouse or whatever. But people don’t want to do that. They want a dedicated space for it. Existence of dedicated spaces simply encourages much more of the content to exist.

I haven’t evaded. I just know that there’s more out there and that each person gets a slightly different algo so there’s stuff we’re all collectively missing out on.

I respond to almost everything unless I have very little to say, it’s all a chat room the point is kinda to chat. The soapboxing reddit nerd shit where people reply to you but they’re not really speaking to you but rather the audience of readers is what bothers me about that site’s culture the most so I constantly try not to be that.
