Looks great, what type of rice?
LOL, I’m not sure. Either jasmine or basmati. I buy 10 kg bags and put them in large plastic containers so the package has been lost to time.
My guess was Jasmine just based on grain length I guess. Those are the two I use most commonly too but the jasmine usually comes out of the rice cooker slightly “better” somehow.
No matter what it is it looks delicious!
