it’s also wild that democrats had full control of the congress & the presidency; but they couldn’t do anything because the democrats where blocking the democrats. something like that is to be expect with razor thin majorities; but it literally happens every single time w democrats and you’d think they’d notice the pattern by now.

In 12 years, you’ll eat those words when mr-beast is the pragmatic alternative to heated-gamer-moment. Humane gladiatorial weapons in the immigrant death arenas are what the adults in the room are calling for.

I think you’re underestimating how important the midterms are gonna be, to either repudiate Drumpf’s mass deportation (not actually stop it though) or maintain a Dem legislature to prevent Project 2026.

“During the lifetime of great revolutionaries, the oppressing classes constantly hounded them, received their theories with the most savage malice, the most furious hatred and the most unscrupulous campaigns of lies and slander. After their death, attempts are made to convert them into harmless icons, to canonize them, so to say, and to hallow their names to a certain extent for the ‘consolation’ of the oppressed classes and with the object of duping the latter, while at the same time robbing the revolutionary theory of its substance, blunting its revolutionary edge and vulgarizing it.”
