        Yeah I worked for a company for a couple years that had to repair million dollar homes which were less than 5 years old, they almost universally had water damage from cracked stucco because the original crews were paid by the square foot and did it as quickly as possible. Knew a guy that installed electrical on them and he said it seemed like they were all being built way too fast.

        My studio floor keeps leaking water. No matter how many repairmen the landlord sends, the problem crops back up right away, because the landlord can’t be arsed to properly pay attention to the problem. I’m sure I will be blamed when the water damage accumulates and causes even bigger problems.

        The whole building was renovated 2 years ago.
