Remember, EM POC only!

Good morning, afternoon, or evening depending on where you are, comrades.

I finally reached my goal for c/mutual_aid. It was scary as hell, but we’re here now. Thank you to everyone who gave support.

I’m looking forward to having some more chill EM POC vibes today!

Care-Comrade

Y’all ever notice how when you ideologically begin to break away, when you draw out a line in the sand between your beliefs and what a cracker wants to impose on you, that very same moment, you suddenly have no agency of your own; some nefarious other must be paying for your viewpoint; some enemy to the cracker must be using you as a puppet?

Tangentially related, you ever notice how those ‘nefarious others’ become white for just long enough to the persecuting cracker to imply that you’re cooning out for them, despite the fact that these very same settler interlocutors will be the first in line to start throwing out ‘Mongol’, ‘Asiatic horde’ or ‘Winnie the Pooh’-related racial slander literally any other time? Ion’t know; something about that is funnier than an orgy in a clown car to me. I’m gonna start callin that the “Uhuru 3 Effect”; 'cause damn if these crackers haven’t started sounding like the way the feds went after the Uhuru house.

As someone with a mental illness, I notice this a lot. All of a sudden when you say something whitey disagrees with, they will say you don’t actually believe what you’re saying, that it’s just mental illness making things out to be worse than they are. Like if I say republicans are not good people, including family members (not like libs are any better, but, y’know). You point how they still vote for ghoulish policies and you’re the bad guy trying to divide the country due to Russian propaganda targeting crazy people like yourself.

This happened with one of my uncle’s friends. They’ve been friends for over 40 years since college. My uncle’s friend sent him an e-mail one day about how he didn’t want to associate with anyone anymore who supports Trump, doesn’t believe global warming is real, is racist, or homophobic. My uncle said his friend went crazy and hopes his mental problems can improve. The so-called liberals in my family agreed with my uncle.

Just no. Fuck 'em. If you support racists because they offer lower taxes, you’re a racist. And racists are evil. I don’t give a shit if you send me a birthday card. When my mom passes away, I have no intention of sticking around these people. I agree with my uncle’s friend. Mental illness ain’t got nothing to do with it. These people deserve all the hatred and vitriol we can muster. They actively and knowingly make the world a worse place, but think you can still have a positive relationship with the people affected by their decisions.

It’s a license for Global North and comprador well-off liberals to rationalize their way of living and resulting smug bourgeois ideology against other people dissenting against them, lest the risk of empathizing with them…

Because if they truly understand how much of a little Eichmann they are, for parrotting the ideology of, if not materially supporting the current neoliberal stage of capitalism, neo-imperialism, and cultural reaction, they would more likely despair away in doomerism and fascism, than lay any hope in socialism.

      After all,

Despair is typical of those who do not understand the causes of evil, see no way out, and are incapable of struggle. The modern industrial proletariat does not belong to the category of such classes.

In Mexico i seen it a lot with panistas whitexicans saying the most brown/indigenous people that support the president only do it because he pays them via the social programs, like they are a bribe. like they cant see that maybe 12 year of PAN presidency made people dislike them
