Hello,
Could you please lock down [email protected] ?
Also, it seems like the creator has a lot of communities https://lemmy.world/u/comcreator
None of them have had any post since at least 4 months.
Is op a mod? Kinda odd that a 4d account is calling for logistical admin things. You’d think this would be a topic for established admins to handle
Hello,
My other account is @[email protected] (I link to this one in the bio).
I started posting those following
Especially the “abandoned communities section”
We do understand that communities can shrink over time or that community moderators can face difficulties finding time to moderate. Any users that would like to take over stewardship of a dormant community are free to post to https://lemmy.world/c/support.
I moderate [email protected] where we try to make communities and Lemmy grow as a platform, and one improvement we see is locking down inactive communities and redirect to active alternatives, hence the regular threads on [email protected]
The mod (@[email protected]) does look inactive.
Is there another community you think users should be directed to?
I’m a member in this community since I joined it sometime ago wanting to know what Lemmy Instances there are, but I’m not sure where I should be directed to if it were to be locked.
Edit: Holy cow, I was just looking in their profile and it looks like they are listed as a mod in over 112 communities.
Maybe [email protected] ?
This is where news get posted when an instance goes down
Done.
Thanks !
