One week later
NSFWDid 2km swim today and cycled 30 km. Gave up smoking last tuesday (hope I’ll stick with it). I’m drinking a lot less alcohol than what I was used to (10-ish consumptions daily to 3 consumptions weekly) One year ago I weight more than 90 Kg, nog I’m down to a healthy 66 Kg. I’m looking forward to the future for the first time in a long time. The best is yet to come.
You’ve reached a great milestone, buddy. That’s a lot of lifestyle change to make, and I’m rooting for you! It’s inspiring for sure, and you might help me on my own journey.
I think you should practice some poses that show off your muscles and body, and document your continued progress through those photos. Also share those photos with us ;-)
