holy shit this is great, one of them is now educating me on what communism is lmao:
This is prime example of my point.
Just so you know, we like communists (mostly, we are communists), we’re generally OK with socialists
Your statement reveals you have no knowledge of the subject or ideals you claim to believe in. Communism is a process in which to establish a Socialist utopia. It was conceived by Marx based on the Machiavellian quote “The ends justify the means.” and was laid out in the Communist Manifesto. It is a militant process in which to implement SOCIALISM by force. I am guessing you are a fan of how things worked out in China?
I like when libs talk about the Communist Manifesto like it’s some sort of step by step plan on how to achieve Communism. It’s a pretty easy sign there is not reason to engage with someone if they’re too brain dead or disingenuous to read a 30 page pamphlet.
Did Machiavelli say the ends justify the means? He spent a lot of pages talking about Virtu in his art of war book. The Prince is kind of it’s own thing and I don’t think we’ll ever have broad agreement on whether it’s supposed to be read straight or read as satire.
Why do these communist countries keep having only one famine, early in their development, followed by no other famines and rapid increases in welfare and nutrition? Must be because they’re ontologically evil and want to do genocide by famine
They got super upset about me pointing out that we’re over here having a great time while they wring their hands and yell at each other lol

“Marx studied Lenin”, and sho on <schniff>

There was a famine sixty years, two governments, and at least one massive economic reform ago therefore communism bad.
