The plan cancels the debt remaining for students who have been making payments for 20 years. It’s not a one time action but will be available to anyone in the future under the same circumstances.

This instantly reminded me of Succession on HBO. It felt so over the top when it first came out but the more I learn about the ultra wealthy the more believable the show becomes.
