I can’t care less about ecosystem and all that stuff. I use iPhone for 2-3 core reasons:

1. The safest choice: I know what I am getting and Apple nails the basics that other Android OEMs just don’t. iPhones are supported for a long time, the hardware lasts for a long time and they are reliable
2. The Camera: The videos that come from iPhone blow Android out of the water
3. The apps: Basic apps like WhatsApp, Instagram and other apps have so much better interface on iPhone than Android

I am still using iPhone 12 Pro, and want to use it till 2025 before upgrading to next Pro (Max is too big a size for daily use when I already have an iPad). The phone is holding pretty good, no lags, camera still delivers fantastic photos and videos, screen is amazing. I might get the battery changed.
