If you don’t want to open up walls it could be possible to run conduit outside your house up to the attic and then make drops in the 2nd floor. That’s what I just did. You’ll need to make sure you get outdoor rated cable though.

I did do this with my electrician buddy so I was a little bit spoiled by his low voltage experience.
