I would upgrade all links to fiber optics. Make your measurements and you can buy custom sizes or pre-done sizes (these are cheaper) of single mode fiber with connectors. Then get used HP or other reputable make switches and the adapters. It’s all plug and chug. Look for cables that you can directly bury without need for any conduit.
