Move the funds from a nation being invaded to one carrying out an apartheid, I can’t stop laughing

Israeli Arabs have full equal rights in Israel, there is no apartheid.

Palestinians do not because they are not Israeli citizens. Do Irish citizens have full equal rights to live, work and travel in Britain? No?

      Is that apartheid? 🤡

Honestly you pro-pallies talk such bollocks.

    Who needs it more:

The country fighting an organized military with a spending and GDP that dwarves theirs

    OR

a country fighting a non uniformed group in an area smaller than most other countries in the world.

    Hmmm truly boggles the mind

It literally says the UK said no. Besides, the israel link is barely a headline and no one knows who proposed it. The article is about how the money could be spent in Ukraine or beyond Ukraine in order to help Ukrainians and why it hasn’t yet.

Does Israel have dirty secrets on everyone? How’s that a valid argument to make at all?

Should I give it to a victim or a bully? Baffling to be honest

We did care about Ukraine. But instead will flush the international rules based order down the toilet and become massive hypocrites on every criticism we had of Russia to allow Israel to do so.

Why give an invaded nation fighting for its survival any money when it can be used to missle toddlers in the teeth?

Did you even read the article? It makes it very clear that the proposal came from Abramovic and was immediately rejected by Parliament.

Sounds like everyone involved is desperate not to release that money. Maybe it’ll happen once there’s a resolution to the conflict since one of the issues seems to be Abramovich not wishing to come across as pro- Ukraine in Russia.

Also, the article mentions his parents and family were from Lithuania? I thought he had a Russian father and a Ukrainian mother?
